TurnPoint Pentecostal Church believes strongly in giving back to our communities in anyway we can, so we use whatever talents and abilities we have to be a blessing.
In 2009, working together with the Reedsburg Area Chamber of Commerce, TurnPoint Pentecostal Church proposed and organized a cooperative effort between local churches to do a Concert in the Park - Gospel Night. The free concert provided music by local worship teams, door prizes, and free food to the community as a way of saying "Let us bless you!" Donations were taken and $1200.00 was raised for the Reedsburg Food Pantry. Gospel Night has since become an annual event.
Due to the great success of Concert in the Park - Gospel Night, the Chamber asked TurnPoint Pentecostal Church to head up a similar effort for the Christmas season. On December 5, 2010, the first Gospel Night Christmas was held at the CAL Center auditorium with seven area churches and worship teams providing free Christmas music to the community.
TurnPoint Pentecostal Church has also used its musical abilities to provide music for Relay-for-Life Cancer Walk-a-Thons, annual Butterfest Parades, and free community concerts.
We have offered our labor and services at the annual Touched Twice clinic, disaster relief efforts during the 2008 flood, and currently provide food for concert-goers during the summer Concert in the Park series in Reedsburg.
